Please describe your problem and attach your invoice in PDF format and/or your order number, as well as a single photo clearly showing all the defective items. Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours and propose a solution to your problem.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number(s) that will enable you to follow the progress of your parcel(s).

Once your order has been validated, it is immediately transmitted to our logistics team for preparation, making any modification or cancellation impossible. The shipping label is created at this stage, and the order is sent to the Colissimo sorting center.

For cancellations :
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return the items. Returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. These conditions are necessary to receive a refund.
For a modification :
If you wish to modify the content of your order, you may return unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be new, unused and carefully repackaged in their original packaging for a refund.

You have 30 days to return your order if it does not suit you. Shipping costs remain your responsibility, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

We accept payment by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank cards) as well as via PayPal, Apple pay (from an Apple terminal) and Shop Pay. Payments by check or bank transfer are not accepted.
For all purchases over €50, you also have the option of paying in 2, 3 or 4 instalments free of charge with Alma. When you confirm your order, our partner Alma will offer you the option of paying in installments. If you wish to subscribe to this service, your contact details will be sent to Alma, who, subject to acceptance of your application, will provide you with a payment schedule summarizing the amount of the various monthly installments.
Payment is secure and data is encrypted, so we have no access to it.
We ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted to our website and do not store personal data other than that provided for customer account log-in.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number and the Colissimo tracking number. If you would like your invoice in PDF format, please go to our contact page and provide us with the details of your order. We will then send you the invoice directly by email within 24 to 48 hours.
Deliveries and Returns
If you have not received your parcel within 15 days, please inform us via our contact page. We will open an inquiry with Colissimo to locate your order. This process takes an additional 15 days on average.
Rest assured, if the parcel is declared lost or cannot be delivered, we will offer you a suitable solution, either a return or a refund, depending on the situation.

Once the return has been validated by our team, please follow the steps below.
1. The product must be new, unused and in its original, carefully reconditioned packaging.
2. Include your name, order number, invoice or order summary in the package.
3. Send your parcel to the following address

4. Provide the tracking number for your return package.
Upon receipt and inspection of your package, a full refund of the amount of your order (including delivery charges) will be made and will be visible on your bank account within 7 to 14 days (depending on the processing times of your bank).
Delivery costs depend on the delivery zone, the type of delivery (standard or express) and the value of your order.

Here are the delivery charges for the various countries (excluding France):
Europe (zones 1 and 2): standard delivery €14.90, express delivery €29.90
Europe (zones 3 and 4): standard delivery €19.90, express delivery €49.90
Rest of the world (minimum order 500€): standard delivery 199,90€, express delivery 399,90€.
Zones are defined as follows:
Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg
Zone 2: Austria, United Kingdom, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Ireland, Italy

Once the order has been validated, it is prepared and dispatched by our logistics team within 24 to 48 hours.
In general, orders can be dispatched the same day if placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays). In busy periods, order preparation may take longer.
Allow 48 to 72 hours on average for courier transport. All in all, your order will be delivered to you in 3 to 5 days on average with the standard delivery option.
For urgent orders, you can select the express delivery option, so that your order is given priority and delivered more quickly.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched, and you will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your parcel(s).

All our products come with a 2-year legal conformity guarantee.
The legal warranty of conformity is a protection offered to consumers in the European Union, which obliges the seller to deliver goods that conform to the sales contract. It is governed by Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Its purpose is to protect consumers against goods that do not conform to the description given by the seller, or that present defects that prevent their normal use.
A good is considered to be in conformity if it :

Conforms to contractual or advertising promises.
Is free from manufacturing or operating defects.
If the defect is due to misuse by the consumer, the warranty does not apply. Breakage of a piece of crockery during use is therefore not covered by the warranty.

Repair or replacement of the product.
A partial or total refund if repair or replacement is not possible or would cause excessive inconvenience.

No, we don't have any physical Björn boutiques. All purchases are made via our online store.
